Leadership Team

Matthew Malinowski, Co-Founder & Partner

Matthew is a Co-Founder of Keystone Equity Partners and brings an investor’s perspective shaped by private equity, investment banking, and strategy experience.  He partners closely with founders and management teams to support thoughtful growth, operational improvement, and long-term value creation. 

Prior to founding Keystone, Matthew was an investor at NewSpring Capital, where he focused on founder-led businesses in the services sector. Earlier in his career, he worked in the M&A group at Moelis & Company and as a strategy consultant at PwC.

Matthew holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Accounting from Drexel University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and is actively involved in the community, including serving as Treasurer of MANNA, a Philadelphia headquartered non-profit that uses nutrition to improve health for people with serious illnesses by providing medically tailored meals and nutrition education.

Tony Frick, Co-Founder & Partner

Tony is a Co-Founder of Keystone Equity Partners and brings an operator’s perspective shaped by years of leading and advising growing businesses.  He partners closely with founders and management teams to navigate complexity, strengthen organizations, and execute long-term growth strategies. 

Tony currently serves as Chairman, and former CEO, of HUSK (formerly GlobalFit), a wellness technology platform, where he led the company through a period of growth, operational development, and a successful acquisition by Constellation Software Inc. Earlier in his career, Tony served as General Counsel and Managing Director at Diversified Search and began his career as an M&A attorney at Dechert.

Tony holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics from Brown University. He is a member of the Pennsylvania bar and has been recognized for his leadership and community involvement, including being named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist and Philadelphia Business Journal 40 Under 40 and a 2025 Most Admired CEO honoree.
